Graduation of 2nd Annual Teen Citizens Police Academy

The Dalton Police Department recently held a graduation ceremony for the teenagers of the 2nd annual Teen Citizens Police Academy.  Pizza, chips, cookies, ice cream and drinks were all provided for the ceremony.  Family and friends were invited and many attended.

12 teenagers attended the academy and gained insight into the workings of the department.  Sergeant Mike Dyer, the coordinator of the academy, presented all the attendees with a graduation certificate at the end of the ceremony.
