Teen Academy Underway
The third Teen Citizens Police Academy is now underway at the Dalton Police Department. The Teen Academy offers an abbreviated version of the full Citizens Academy, and hopes to introduce young people to law enforcement in a positive way. The academy is held each year, depending on the level of interest.
If you have questions about the Teen Citizens Policy Academy, please call or email Sergeant Mike Dyer at 706-278-9085, extension 109.
Teen Citizen Academy participants listen to information about Internet Safety.
I think that police spend too much time sitting around waiting for people to speed or make a wrong turn. There are major issues at hand, you might not have noticed the illegal immigrant problem but I assure you it is there. You might not have noticed the meth problem, meth ruins lives but then again i guess doing 45 in a 30 can do that too. I would like to tell you that i hate police officers and my constitutional rights protect me in saying this.
thank you
have a good day

You crazy schmuck. I have never seen a cop "sitting around".
Are you complaining because you get caught doing 45 in a 30?
What do you suggest they do in regards to the problems you mentioned?
I'm guessing if they busted into your house and caught you doing drugs, you'll probably be stupid enough to invoke your "constitutional rights"and cry about how they didn't have a warrant!
Grow up,you idiot and realize that without law enforcement, there would be complete anarchy.
I hope you do remember you hate them one day when you're a victim and need them; my bet is you'll love them to death then.
