Georgia Police and Fire Games - Day One

Here are some results from various competitions at the Georgia Police and Fire Games.  The games are being hosted at various sites around Dalton and Whitfield County.

Toughest Competitor

The Toughest Competitor event is a difficult obstacle course combined with a mile and a half run. 

1^st  Place – Casey Crosby, Atlanta Fire Department (21:11)

2^nd Place – Adrian Gomez, Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office (22:30)

3^rd Place – John New, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office (23:07)

Skeet Shooting / 5 Stand competition

1^st  Place - Timmy Ponders, Whitfield Fire Department

2^nd Place - Keith Dempsey, Dalton Fire Department

3^rd Place - Efren Glover, MARTA Police Department 

Golf – Par 3 Competition

1^st Place – Larry Gilbert, Calhoun Police Department (60)

2^nd Place – Daniel Oak, DeKalb Police Department (61)

3^rd Place – Mike Young, Calhoun Police Department (69)
